A refund will not be issued if the Dragonfly is clearly physically damaged.
If within 30 days you are not happy with The Dragonfly you can return it for a refund on the Dragonfly purchase only. The refund does NOT include shipping costs. 
The Buyer pays for shipping to the buyer's address and returning it to me for a refund within 30 days.
